Menu plan for the dinner on 15 October 1911

As a rule, the meals kept to the international cuisine inspired by France. Therefore the menus are in French as well. On the other hand, dishes of the Austrian cuisine were kept in German, mostly in inverted commas. This was the case for the dessert dish (“Böhmische Dalken” – a kind of Bohemian yeast-based pancake), which, however, the emperor deleted from the proposed menu.
