Stained glass window from the Chapel of St Bartholomew in St Stephen’s Cathedral, c. 1380

The two ‘Habsburg windows’ of stained glass from St Stephen’s depict an ancestral line of the dynasty, from Rudolf I to Duke Albrecht III, and were part of the dynastic programme of the cathedral’s decoration. The ruler depicted at the centre of this window is Albrecht I.
